Who can you purchase the Vision Products?
We only sell to Licensed Doctors, Optometrists, Vision Therapists, etc.
We don't sell directly to patients. Please contact your Doctor to order our products.
How do you "Log In" to buy products?

New to this site? Sign Up.
If you have an existing username/password on
our old website, you will have to create a new username and password for this website. Old Usernames and Old Passwords won't automatically work.
All User Requests are approved directly by us. We will Approve or Deny your access ASAP.
Do you offer any training for your Vision Equipment?
No. We are the manufacturer. Please contact the College of Syntonic Optometry for any “How To Use” questions regarding any of the Syntonic Equipment.

College of Syntonic Optometry offers courses that will provide you with practical education and theoretical knowledge including understanding the history and basic concepts of Optometric Syntonic Phototherapy, pupil assessment, convergence near point, functional visual field assessment, along with reviewing all the filters used in Syntonics, analysis of color fields, endocrinology and advanced concepts in understanding of the autonomic nervous system in treating with Syntonics.
Do you have a Return Policy?
RETURN POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY HUMMINGBIRD HUES, LLC
Upon receipt, please inspect your merchandise thoroughly. If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us
immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
If your item is defective, please contact us within 10 days of receipt so that we can facilitate a repair or replacement. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise does not show wear, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund,
minus a 10% restocking fee, with the following return exception:
Optomatters Goggles - as they cannot be sterilized. Returned item(s) including Portable Light Units and Visual Field Charters must be undamaged, unused and complete.
No shipping charges will be refunded or reimbursed.
Returns will only be accepted if Hummingbird Hues, LLC has been contacted, and a valid RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number has been issued. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Once your return is received at our shop, all items will be inspected and/or tested before a credit is authorized. Used items showing wear and items with missing parts or damage will not be issued for credit. We recommend that you purchase Insurance through the Shipping Carrier that you return the package to us through. We are not responsible for damages caused to return packages by Shipping Carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
We will credit your original account used to purchase returned item(s) for the original amount minus any shipping charges, handling charges and restocking fees, once the return is processed and complete.
Does your equipment work with outlets/power in International Countries?
Our equipment is set up for US power/outlets.
In most all international countries, the standard voltage is 220 V and the frequency is 60 Hz or 50 Hz.
You cannot use USA electric appliances Internationally without a voltage converter, because the standard voltage Internationally (220 V) is higher than in the United States of America (120 V). You can seriously damage your equipment. You need a voltage converter and power plug adapter for your specific country. You can find these at Amazon by searching for:

Do you ship the Vision Equipment outside of the United States?
Yes. We ship our products all over the world!
However, ALL SHIPPING PRICES CHARGED THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE ESTIMATED. Additional shipping charges MAY APPLY for ALL ORDERS, including USA, Canada, Mexico, and International orders. By placing an order, you agree to pay additional shipping charges if applicable. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will refund the difference when the order is processed. Thank you!
