Is training available for Syntonic and Vision Equipment?

Accepted Answer

As a manufacturer, we do not provide training. However, for Syntonic Equipment training, we recommend reaching out to the College of Syntonic Optometry at csovision.org. They offer comprehensive courses covering practical education, theoretical knowledge, and essential concepts like Optometric Syntonic Phototherapy, pupil assessment, convergence near point, and functional visual field assessment.

Do you ship the Syntonic and Vision Equipment outside of the United States?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  We ship our products all over the world!

International orders are subject to customs fees/import fees when delivered.  These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  If you don't get your package from Customs and it is returned to us, you will forfeit any and all refunds for the order, including product costs and shipping costs.  No refunds, no exceptions.

Can I use your equipment with international power outlets?

Accepted Answer

Our equipment is made for US power outlets (120 V, 60 Hz). If you're outside the US, you'll need a voltage converter and a power plug adapter for your country (usually 220 V, 50/60 Hz). Using the equipment without these can cause damage. You can find suitable converters and adapters on Amazon or other electronics stores. Make sure to use the correct ones to avoid any issues.

Do you have a Return Policy?

Yes. RETURN POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY HUMMINGBIRD HUES: Upon receipt, please inspect your merchandise thoroughly.  If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your item is defective, please contact us within 10 days of receipt so that we can facilitate a repair or replacement.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise does not show wear, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, minus a 10% restocking fee, with the following return exception:  Syntonic Goggles - as they cannot be sterilized.  Returned item(s) including Portable Light Units and Visual Field Charters must be undamaged, unused and complete.  No shipping charges will be refunded or reimbursed. Returns will only be accepted if Hummingbird Hues has been contacted, and a valid RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number has been issued.  Please contact us via email at info@hummingbirdhues.com.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is received at our shop, all items will be inspected and/or tested before a credit is authorized.  Used items showing wear and items with missing parts or damage will not be issued for credit.  We recommend that you purchase Insurance through the Shipping Carrier that you return the package to us through.  We are not responsible for damages caused to return packages by Shipping Carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). We will credit your original account used to purchase returned item(s) for the original amount minus any shipping charges, handling charges and restocking fees, once the return is processed and complete.
